How to reprogram the Zero Gravity button if it's not working?
To reset/reprogram the Zero Gravity button, you will need to follow these instructions:
Step 1. Put your adjustable base in the flat position by pressing the FLAT button.
Step 2. Manually adjust the base by using the HEAD UP button to raise the head end approximately 15cm up off the base
Step 3 Next adjust the FOOT UP button to raise the foot end approximately 17cm off of the base.
Step 4. To save the preset to the Zero G memory function. Press and hold both the FLAT button and the Zero Gravity button until you hear a beep sound coming from the adjustable base. This indicates that you have successfully reprogrammed the Zero Gravity button.
You have now completed all the steps required to reprogram the Zero Gravity button.
