iFit 2200F Adjustable Base Remote Connection Diagnosis Instruction

Before doing anything, check if there is a Reset/Paring button on the power cord. The below image shows what it looks like.


1. For the 2200F without reset button on the power cord:
Step 1 - Please check batteries are working and correctly inserted and the LED on the power adapter is Green.
Step 2 - Press any buttons on the remote control to see if the buttons are illuminating. If yes, move to step 3. If no, try changing the battery and try again. If it is still not illuminating, report to us the remote control issue to see if we should either to replace it or to purchase a new remote control.
Step 3 - Disconnect power from wall socket.
Step 4 - Reconnect the power.
Step 5 - Wait for 1 second.
Step 6 - Press the Head up and Foot up buttons (below image) together. If you hear a beep sound which indicates the remote has been paired to the base. (This step needs to be done within 9 seconds after the power is reconnected)

Step 7 - If no beep sound being generated, report to us to raise a warranty claim to see if we should replace the control box or purchase a new control box.



2. For the 2200F with reset button on the power cord:
Step 1 - Please check batteries are working and correctly inserted and the LED on the power adapter is Green.
Step 2 - Press any buttons on the remote control to see if the buttons are illuminating. If yes, move to step 3. If no, try changing the battery and try again. If it is still not illuminating, report us the remote control issue to see if we should either to replace it or to purchase a new remote control.
Step 3 - Disconnect power from wall socket.
Step 4 - Reconnect the power.
Step 5 - Check the LED lights on both the Adapter and Control Box (underneath the base, located at the center of the base) are illuminating.
Step 6 - Press the Head up and Foot up buttons (below image) and wait for 1 second (don't release your fingers on the remote), then pressing the Reset/Paring Button (reset button is on the power cord). If you hear a beep sound which indicates the remote has been paired to the base. Now you may release your fingers from the remote control.

Step 7 - If no beep sound being generated, report to us to raise a warranty claim to see if we should replace the control box or purchase a new control box.
Note, the step 5, don't push the three buttons together at the same time, but the Head Up and Foot Up being pushed together and held first, then pressing the Reset button.
