Washing Instructions/product care
When cleaning your memory foam product, familiarise yourself with the care instructions of cleaning memory foam. Memory foam NEVER goes in the washer or dryer, please clean by hand. Always use gentle cleaning agents. Do not scrub the pillow or topper with excessive force; memory foam is delicate. You should vacuum your memory foam pillow or mattress topper every time you change your bed sheets. Consider spot cleaning your pillow and topper once a month to remove sweat residue or stains.
Always use a mattress protector to avoid accidental soiling.
The mattresses/pillow/topper outer cover may be removed and cool machine washed – gentle cycle. Do not dry in direct sunlight, bleach, soak or wring. Keep away from flame, ignition sources and heat. NEVER cut open or remove the inner cover enclosing the foam.
